After your payment has arrived and cleared all items will be shipped from our South Carolina location via Unites States Post Office within three working days . The following are not counted as working days: Tet (the four day Chinese Lunar New Year) and all major US national holidays.

We always notify by email when we ship an item.  If you do not receive a notice then it could indicate a problem with your order and please be in touch. 

Items shipped to locations outside of the United State will incur normal delays due to customs clearance, some will take an abnormally long time clearing customs. We cannot control that process.

With international shipping patience is part of the equation.  Not to sound mean but if you wish international shippments to arrive at your door in 3 days then it will require you to pay extra fees so that it can be shipped Global Express.
