Warranty Policy

All items are exactly as
pictured. Unless specifically noted in the description we do not use generic photos.

The item(s) you will receive will
be the item(s) pictured. We do not substitute unless we have
notified you in writing and you have agreed to the substitution.

The pictures we use are high resolution.
Please examine them carefully before ordering. If you
have any questions then please contact us before you make a
purchase.

All items are sold on an "as
is", "as pictured" basis.

When
the item or items arrive if you are not 100% satisfied then we
will refund the cost of the item or items. If we have mistakenly sent an item that is not what
you purchased or if the item is damaged then we will pay return shipping. In all other cases we
will refund the orginial shipping fees we charged you to send the items to you. If you desire a
replacement and we agree then we will ship that item at no cost to you. If the replacement is for
and item lost in the mail then no return is needed in all other cases we will ship the replacement
only after you have returned the original item(s).

The
following conditions are met:

All items must be shipped to us
within fourteen days of your receiving them in the same
condition as received.

Before returning an item you
must first contact us and we will issue you a return
authorization code. This is not done to discourage you from
returns, rather so that both you and us know that an item is
being sent back.

A refund will be issued only
when the an item or items are received back to us. If the
item or items were damaged in the shipment to you then we
may request a photograph or scan of it to be emailed to us
prior to returning it to us so that we may pursue
compensation from our shippers.

If the package is visibly
damaged when it arrives to you, then before opening it we
may request that you photograph the unopened package, email
us the picture, and then take the unopened package to the
post office to show them the damage, asking them to note
that it was damaged in shipping to you before even opening;
after which you may open it.

You are responsible for return
shipping. This means that you are responsible for losses or
damage in the return post, so please package items carefully
and insure any item of value. We may, solely at our
discretion, pay for return shipping as well.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY
ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, JURISDICTION
TO JURISDICTION OR COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. SOME STATES,
JURISDICTIONS, OR COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN
IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION LASTS, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT
APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY COVERAGE TERMINATES IF YOU SELL OR
OTHERWISE TRANSFER THIS PRODUCT TO ANOTHER PARTY.
PEACEFULPIGS DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES PROVIDED
FOR IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL
OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LIABILITY
FOR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST YOU FOR DAMAGES, FOR PRODUCTS NOT
BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE, OR FOR LOST DATA OR LOST SOFTWARE.
PEACEFULPIGS LIABILITY WILL IN TOTAL BE NO MORE THAN THE AMOUNT YOU
PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. |
